"I called Fay Mayers regarding an interest in purchasing an ATV for my business. Ty was the sales person whom I first spoke with. I was nervous and expected the standard sales guy pitch, I got just the opposite. Ty made me feel at ease, unpressured and very secure in my decision to make such a purchase and this was just over the phone. "After not owning a bike for over a decade, I decided to get back on 2 wheels again. I did a LOT of research prior to settling on looking at the Ducati Monster and the KTM Duke/Superduke. After meandering around, I finally went and talked to Tony King and he gave me the scoop on all the ins and outs of the Monster, as well as the plus and minus differences between the 821 and the 1200. I decided on the Monster, but was hung on which one. Over the next few weeks, I was in the dealership 3-4 times talking to Tony, sitting on the bikes, getting more info on the two bikes, and doing a lot of research. Tony was always extremely courteous and informative, and always made a point to follow up with me each week, but without being pushy about it, and made sure to answer every question I had. I settled on the Monster 1200 and LOVE the bike! I definitely feel like Tony helped me pick the exact right bike for my purposes! After settling on a bike, Justin in parts/accessories was awesome! He went out of his way to help me find things that actually fit my gorilla frame, and spent a LOT of time answering questions on the benefits and drawbacks of different brands and styles, as well as ordering in accessories for my bike, etc. with no problems! These guys definitely made the buying experience there great, and Fay Myers will definitely continue to be my first stop for any future parts, accessories, or bikes! Thanks guys!!"

Even with bruised credit, I was able to get financed, got fair price for my trade (102k on my trade) and an great price on the Ultra Glide that I purchased. The process was painless and without drama - or funny business -at your dealership. I was treated with the utmost respect. I have been riding for 25 years and have never bought a bike from a dealer but this was a really good experience. No pressure cooker BS. "I viewed the new virtual tour on the FM website and my son and I dedcided we had to stop by on our first trip to CO. We were more than pleased. We were met on the show room floor by Taylor. Friendly and knowledegable. He treated us great even though we were not in the market for a bike. We were looking for parts and met Dave who I feel went way out of his way to help us all he could (Thanks again Dave!). I also got to meet Michael who was responsible for the virtual tour. Very friendly and did a great job on customer service. I just mentioned the three gentlemen I dealt with, but all of the staff was exellent and tried to help us numerous times. I will be a return customer for sure. Only complaint is I wish the store was not 500 miles away, although they do mail order. THANKS again!"

"I have bought 2 Ducati's from Fay, in addition to service, parts and accessories. Most recently I had my 1993 Honda CBR1000f 32k mile service performed, had the sprockets changed, and had a new chain installed. Not only did the tech's recommend the new sprockets, which I needed, but they arrived and had the bike complete a day ahead of time. Also, the bike runs AMAZING!! I do not know what all the service entailed, but my bike seriously runs like new. I would recommend Fay Meyers to anyone, and I would recommend them first! Thanks Fay!!"
