"Just wanted to tell you that buying my new 2010 Ducati Monster 696, was by far the easiest purchase from a dealership I have ever experienced. Bryan Penney was very straight up with the cost of the bike, and I couldn't have have gotten a better deal anywhere else. I did not have to play the "dealership game" buying this bike. Another Ducati dealer in town, which is alot closer and would be much more convinient to go to, was giving me the run around. So now not only did I purchase the bike at Fay Myers, but I will also take the bike to Fay Myers for service and parts as well, because of my great experience there. "I just bought a Dark Blue Vespa LX 150 scooter Bryan and Andrew was very nice and helpful explain everything to me. They offer me a extended warrenty for my scooter which my first scooter that I bought somewhere else never did offer me a extended warrenty at all. The over price on my scooter between FayMyers and the other scooter place was about $800.00 cheaper at FayMyers and the loan was even cheaper I got the loan and the 60 month where I wanted it. I sure would recommed my friends to FayMyers. Keep up hte good work Guys."

"Fay Myers service department has a high level of service that beats the competition (Gran Prix, etc..) I had a difficult problem and Josh went above and beyond to get it fixed right including having the Suzuki service rep help out. Recently, I had my brakes replaced. "I went there thinking there was no way with my finanacial situation would i be able to get an ATV, but my Sales Rep. stayed with me for weeks, keeping me informed of everything and I got exactly what I wanted, and on my tight budget less than I thought. I got the Suzuki 400 Limited Edition and LOVE IT!!! The Suzuki 400 looks awesome, and rides so smooth. I was extremely impressed with the sales floor and how nice everybody was. Everything about my experience at Fay Myers was great. I have bought tons of clothing and parts and accesories from Fay Myers and everybody was always so helpful and nice. I can't say anything negative about my experience and the piece of equipment is amazing and so much fun to go out and spend the day with my friends and my daughter. "My daughter recently purchased a Honda Scooter from your dealership. She needed something to ride around campus for college. We have no experience with this type of purchase so we were at the mercy of the sales staff to assist us. Fred was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what we needed and was extremely knowledgeable on all the styles of scooters available. He never tried to push us into buying something we didn't want and was respectful throughout the process. I told him I wished he was my insurance salesman, banker, etc... because he was so great to deal with. "I recently came by Fay Myers in order to price various 600CC sport bikes before making my purchase. I am about 30 days away from a purchase, and felt this would be a good time to shop around. I spoke with sales associate John Rock regarding my delayed purchase and my options, both in terms of what type of bike to get and what type of financing would work best for me. He was not only helpful, but extremely professional and knowledgeable in the areas that I needed more information. I was treated with respect and not the usual laugh off I'd received from other Denver Metro dealers. I've returned and bought a small motorcycle. "I bought a Yamaha V Star from Fay Myers in May 2006 having been off the road for over 30years. At that time the service and friendliness of the staff were very good and throughout the summer I was always made welcome to just drop in for coffee and a chat with the sales guys. In November, I received a call from Andrew to tell me that there were some Harley's in the store and that I should come up and have a look at them as he knew that I had always wanted to own one. When I came over to the store there was a Heritage Softail Classic for sale (which I am now the proud owner of...thank you Andy) and from the start he was a true professional in everything he did. He was everything someone in sales should be - friendly, courteous, patient, interested in my needs before his own, truthful, and went out of his way to make sure that everything was just perfect, even taking the time to send me a thank you letter post purchase. He never at any time put any pressure on me to buy the bike and just let me go at my own speed. I even brought a friend with me who is a long time Harley ownwer who noticed some problems with it and between Andy and the sales manager, everything was attended to including a new battery and plugs from Harley, a race tuner (which they had Rocky Mountain Harley put in and do all the dignostics on, and a new rear tyre. None of this cost me a penny. The bike now runs like a dream. Awesome service. Everything I asked for I got. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and I can honestly say that I have never received such excellent service anywhere since coming to the States from Scotland four years ago. Rocky took me through the finance part of things with ease, explaining everything thoroughly, Cory got me the best deal possible with the insurance, and the sales manager worked with me to get the price to a point which I could afford.Even guys not involved in the sale were always friendly and helpful. You have a great team there Jason and I would recommend Fay Myers, and especially Andrew, Cory and Rocky to anyone and everyone. I will continue to drop in regularly for coffee and a chat with my good friends at Fay Myers for a long time to come. Thanks for everything fellas. Colin."

"Your web bases ordering is not the best. Does not show the latest status of an order. Have an order I've picked up already and it still shows the same status 'Customer Pickup'. Should either be removed, or showing status of order completed. Have another order and it is showing the same status as day 1. Other than routinely checking by phone, would not know the order was in, which is how I discovered that I could pickup my first order."

"My initial motorcycle purchase (a new 2005 Honda Shadow Spirit 750) was a very pleasant experience, totally hassle-free and the salesman was very helpful. You even got me a lower interest rate than planned. While my bike has run flawlessly over the 14K+ miles to date, I did have the 600 mile service work performed and I have subsequently replaced both tires. All service was performed to my complete satisfaction and the service manager even suggested replacement tires (Bridgestones) that would give me better longevity. I followed his advice and am happy I did. The only dings I would give Fay Myers are: 1. The lack of a street riders chapter of HRCA (which looks like is about to be corrected). 2. I would like to see a better selection of cruiser clothes and accessories in stock and at a bit better price. The parts/accessories department staff are very friendly and helpful, as is the service department. While I honestly have to say that this is the only motorcycle dealership I have dealt with to date, I can say that I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Fay Myers so far and expect that to continue."
