Please read the below rules and sign-up for our January 31, 2010 auction using the form below.

Fay Myers Auction Rules 1/30/10

1. Bidding is from 10 to noon
2. Bids must be in minimum increments of $50 ($25 for prices below $1000).
3. A $30 Buyer’s Fee will be added to all winning bids.
4. Sales tax will be added to any off-road vehicle unless you are tax exempt and have the necessary documents to verify this.
5. If you are a winning bidder for a personal watercraft, you may purchase a new Shorelandr trailer. Personal watercraft doesn’t include a trailer unless purchased separately.
6. If you pay with a credit card 2% will be added to your total price.
7. Fay Myers Motorcycle World does not warrant or guarantee any vehicle sold at the auction or any other time. All warranties/guarantees are made by the manufacturers. Not every vehicle with zero miles will have a warranty – please look at the bid sheet attached to the vehicle for its warranty.
8. Any and all manufacturer rebates or other promotions will go to Fay Myers Motorcycle World. (Dealer retains all incentives.)
9. All sales are final.
10. By bidding on a unit, you are entering into a contract to buy it and are legally obligated to fulfill this contract by paying for your vehicle on 1-30-2010. If you win more than one auction for a similar category of unit (defined below), you are only obligated to purchase one of them. If you win multiple vehicles from different categories, you are obligated to purchase all of them. For example: you win a Honda Rincon 680 (utility ATV) and a Yamaha Grizzly 660 (utility ATV) – you only need to purchase one of them. Whoever was in second place on the unit you don’t want can then purchase it at whatever his bid was, even though it is less than your winning bid. If however you win a Honda Rincon 680 and a Kawasaki KFX700 (sport ATV), you will be required to pay for both. If there is any collusion or “fixing” of bids, you will be asked to leave the auction and all your bids will be cancelled.

Unit Categories: Utility ATV, Sport ATV, Custom Motorcycle, Sport Motorcycle, Standard Motorcycle, Tour Motorcycle, Dual Sport Motorcycle, Scooter, Off Road Motorcycle, Motocross, Generator, PWC, Boat.
